 What you say creates an atmosphere and changes are circumstances. This is why we must be very careful of what we say. Our words have a dramatic effect on our lives and others lives. By continually speaking God’s word we create a Godlike atmosphere and by speaking words of the world we create a demonic-like atmosphere.

The Bible says in Mark 4:14 that the sower sows the word. This scripture is often taken only to mean that when speak God’s word we become sowers, but it is something more than that. There is another side of the coin to it. When we speak things that are negative, of defeat and are obviously not words from our Father in heaven that harvest will come back to us as well. It does not matter what you speak to bring back a harvest. Because as long as you are sowing by speaking out words, whatever you have said, will always come back to you.

Understand that most Christians live in defeat because all they do is speak negative words and never words of victory. They never call those things that be not as though they are, as it tells us to do in Romans 4:17. They never call Jesus their healer, their child’s saviour, or financial provider. But yet they all expect these needs to be met. These are usually the ones who still think Jesus is going to do something, not has done it already. So they take no authority of what was given to them by what Jesus did, and let the devil deceive them into thinking they are defeated and that it is going to take Jesus to do a miracle for them to come out of the trial.

But the sad part is it will not happen. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father, and He is not moving. What they fail to realise is that because they have not called Jesus anything, He is nothing to them. Yes He is the all in all, but if you don’t want to acknowledge that with your words, it really doesn’t matter what He is and what He’s done. You are left in a world of demons, all by yourself, and believe me you haven’t got a chance! Jesus will never become anything more than what you call Him. And to most, He is only their saviour, and nothing more. Don’t get me wrong this is great, but it is a far cry from living the abundant life Jesus promised. In fact you are living on just barely getting by street. Wondering when Jesus is going to come give you that miracle.

So recognise if Jesus is the all in all that He’s everything we ever needed. If He was wounded for our transgressions, if He was bruised for our iniquities and by His stripes we are healed as it says in Isaiah 53.5. What’s the problem? If He has given us the abundant life, why do we not have it? It is because we have never acknowledged, with our words that He is that. We have never created the atmosphere that allows our faith to work on the level that is pleasing to God.

This Godlike atmosphere is created with our words. They more we speak faith filled words, the more the atmosphere stats to become something tangible. This is how are faith can get to the level of receiving a miracle Jesus already gave us on the cross. Because as we speak faith filled words, the more we hear faith filled words. And we know that faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. So if you want to change your life, change your atmosphere, by the words you speak.
